Release notes

2.1.0 — November 2026

First release.

  • A Gantt chart in every Jira project: the whole plan on one screen with no sideways scrolling, epics as bands with their stories and subtasks, names on the bars, milestones, today line; zoom with Ctrl + wheel and move around by dragging, like a whiteboard.
  • Drag to move, stretch to change dates, draw dates on unscheduled issues, type dates in the list; undo and redo.
  • A details panel for the selected issue: rename it, change its status, assignee and parent, add issues under it by name, type dates, add and edit dependencies, see slack, progress and baseline variance.
  • Hide done issues, sort rows by start date, and search by key, name, assignee or status.
  • Overdue issues marked on the chart (a dashed line from the end to today), counted in the legend and listed in Plan health.
  • Plan health: a score out of 100 in the toolbar and, point by point, what costs it with a way to fix it (move all broken dependencies at once, resolve overlaps, schedule issues without dates).
  • A Rovo agent, YTI Gantt planner: ask what is at risk, why the plan finishes when it does or what an issue waits for; move an issue with what depends on it, or draft a plan from a description, after you confirm.
  • Resolve overlaps: the later of two issues a person has at once moves to their free time, and its successors follow.
  • Schedule many issues without dates at once, from their estimates or story points, in each assignee's free time and after their dependencies.
  • Plans of up to 10,000 issues, loaded in parallel batches with a progress bar; baselines of the same size.
  • Import from Microsoft Project XML: summary tasks become epics, tasks become issues and subtasks, with dates and dependencies; a plan exported from the chart updates the same issues.
  • Draft mode: collect changes on the chart, review them and publish them to Jira together.
  • Dependencies from Jira issue links: finish-to-start, start-to-start, finish-to-finish and start-to-finish, with lag in working days.
  • Auto-scheduling that pushes successors, and dependencies on epics that apply to their issues.
  • Critical path and slack; the project's releases and the sprints of its Scrum boards on the timeline.
  • Baselines with ghost bars, variance in working days and a list of what changed, including the finish date.
  • JQL filters across projects, search, grouping by assignee, status or type, colors by status, assignee or type.
  • Workload panel: working days per person and period, with double bookings highlighted.
  • Saved views for the project, opened from a link; full-screen mode.
  • A portfolio page under Apps → Gantt for plans across projects (open epics of all projects by default).
  • A read-only Gantt timeline gadget for Jira dashboards.
  • A Gantt schedule item on every issue: its dates and its dependencies before and after it, with warnings.
  • Jira's issue view and create dialog inside the chart; create an issue by drawing its dates.
  • Export as a PNG or SVG image, to CSV with slack, critical path and predecessors, and to Microsoft Project XML with hierarchy, dependencies and calendar.
  • Settings for date fields, milestone types, dependency link types, working days and holidays.
  • In English, German and Spanish, following each person's Jira language.
