YTI Digital OÜ
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Terms of Service
YTI Digital OÜ (Estonia) is the controller of the personal data described here. It covers this website, enquiries you send us, and the billing and support relationship with customers who buy our apps directly. What each app processes inside the platforms it connects to is described in that app's own privacy policy. Contact: privacy@yti.digital.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, company and message.
- Customers. When you buy an app from us: your company name, billing contact name and email, billing address, VAT number, the plan you chose and your invoices and payments. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Support. The emails you send to our support address and our replies.
- Website. Our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To answer enquiries and provide support: our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract.
- To provide and bill the apps you buy: performance of our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records: our legal obligation.
- To keep the website and apps secure: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that process it for us:
- Stripe (payments, invoicing and tax calculation);
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (server hosting);
- Cloudflare (DNS, network protection and cookieless website analytics);
- Zoho (our email, and ZeptoMail for transactional emails).
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and support emails: as long as needed to handle them and follow up, then deleted, at the latest after 24 months.
- Invoices and accounting records: 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.
- Other customer data: while you are a customer, and deleted within 90 days after your subscription ends.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@yti.digital. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
