Terms of Service

These terms apply to the software apps and subscriptions that YTI Digital OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we"), sells directly to you ("you", the organisation that buys or uses them), and to this website. Some apps have their own terms page with app-specific details; for that app, its own terms take priority where the two differ. Apps bought through a marketplace that bills for us (the Atlassian Marketplace or the Shopify App Store) are billed under that marketplace's terms; sections 4–7 below then do not apply.

1. Business customers only

Our apps are made for businesses. By buying a subscription you confirm that you act for a business or organisation, not as a consumer.

2. Licence

• While your subscription (or free plan or trial) is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your internal business purposes, within the limits of your plan.
• You may not resell or sublicense the app, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law or the terms of the platforms it connects to.

3. Your data

• Your content and data remain yours.
• We process them only to provide the app, as described in our Privacy Policy and the app's own privacy page. A data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) is available on request.
• You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts and data you connect, and for who in your organisation has access to the app.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Prices and plans are shown on the app's pricing page or checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• If a plan includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• When you change plans, the price difference is prorated as shown at checkout.
• If a payment fails, we retry it and email you. If it is still unpaid after the reminders, paid features may be paused until the payment succeeds; your settings are kept.

5. Taxes

• Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
• Business customers in the EU outside Estonia who give a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal linked from the app, or by emailing support@yti.digital. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• We do not refund unused parts of a billing period, except where the law requires it or where we could not provide the app as described. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will correct it.

7. Price changes

We may change prices. For existing subscriptions, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies at your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

8. Availability and support

• Our apps depend on the platforms they connect to (for example Atlassian, Shopify, HubSpot, Intercom or Asana) and on their APIs and limits. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• We provide email support at support@yti.digital on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Estonian time) and aim to reply within one business day.
• We may update the apps, for example to fix bugs, improve features or follow platform changes.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
• Our total liability for an app is limited to the amount you paid us for that app in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

• You can stop using an app at any time by cancelling and uninstalling it.
• We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or do not pay.
• After an app is uninstalled or a subscription ends, we delete the app data we hold as described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date and, for paying customers, by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts in Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction.
