Get started
Install and set up
Three steps, about five minutes. You need to be a Jira administrator for steps 1 and 2.
1. Install the app
Open FeatureBridge on the Atlassian Marketplace and click Try it free or Get it now.
Choose your Jira site and confirm the permissions.
Wait for the confirmation. The app is ready on every project of the site.
2. Show the Scenarios panel on every issue
Jira shows an app panel only on issues where someone added it, until an administrator turns it on for all issues. Do this once:
Open any issue.
Click the FeatureBridge icon under the issue title to add the Scenarios panel.
On the panel, click ••• and choose Show for all work items.
Do this before importing
Imported scenarios are stored on their issues either way, but people only see them where the panel is shown.
3. Write your first scenario
On an issue, click Edit in the Scenarios panel.
An empty issue starts from a template with the issue title as the feature name.
Write the scenario in Gherkin:
GherkinFeature: Pay by card at checkout Scenario: Successful card payment Given a cart with 2 items When the customer pays with a valid card Then the order is marked as paidClick Save or press Ctrl+S.
The panel now shows the number of scenarios and steps, the tags and the version.
