I cannot find the Magic Estimation tab

Projects with many tabs put the rest under More. If it is not there either, ask a Jira administrator whether the app is installed.

"The JQL finds more than 100 issues"

A session holds up to 100 issues, which is already a long refinement. Narrow the query, for example with sprint in futureSprints(), an epic or a label, and run several sessions.

Some issues are hidden from me

Each person sees only the issues Jira lets them open. Ask a project administrator about the issue security or project permissions.

"You may not edit this issue" when writing

Estimates are written with the facilitator's permissions. Another facilitator with edit rights, or a Jira administrator, can write them.

The value does not appear in Jira

Jira only accepts a field that is on the issue's edit screen. Add the field to the screen of that issue type and write again.

"Sorting is closed"

The votes were revealed. The facilitator can click Back to sorting to reopen the board.

Buttons are disabled and a licence message is shown

The licence on this site is not active. Sessions stay readable; changes work again once a Jira administrator renews it.
