• One thread per issue; quick edits of an issue bundled into one message.
• Daily digest per space: updated in the last 24 hours, overdue, due today or tomorrow, at a chosen hour and time zone.
• Jira Automation action Send Google Chat message, with smart values.
• Restricted comments, internal JSM notes and secured issues are never posted; changes by automation can be ignored.
• Test message button and per-space delivery status with plain-language errors; automatic retries when Google Chat is busy.
