Privacy Policy

YTI KPI Gadget is a Jira Cloud dashboard gadget built on Atlassian Forge by YTI Digital OÜ (Estonia). It shows how many Jira issues match a JQL query (or the sum of a numeric field) as a number, a gauge or a trend. Contact: support@yti.digital.

What the app stores

Nothing. The gadget's settings (title, JQL, display options) are stored by Jira as part of the dashboard gadget, like the settings of any Jira gadget.

What the app reads

• Issue counts for your JQL, and the values of the numeric field you choose to sum.
• The list of numeric fields, so you can choose one.

Every request runs as the person viewing the dashboard, with that person's Jira permissions. Results are shown in the gadget and not kept.

What leaves Atlassian

Nothing. The app makes no requests outside Atlassian and has no servers of its own.

Logs

Forge keeps technical logs for the app. They contain no issue data, names or JQL text.

Your rights

Because the app stores no personal data, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. Removing the gadget or uninstalling the app removes its settings from Jira.

Changes

We will update this page if the app starts storing or sending data, before that version is released.
