Jira permissions
- read:jira-work — to count issues and read the numeric field you chose to sum.
Every request runs as the person looking at the dashboard. Two people can see different numbers on the same gadget if they may see different issues.
Data
- The app stores nothing. The gadget's settings are kept by Jira in the gadget itself.
- No data is sent outside Atlassian: the app has no external connections.
- Logs contain no issue data.
