Terms of Service

These terms apply to Revenue Impact for Jira ("the App"), a Jira Cloud app made by YTI Digital OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we"). They cover your organisation's use of the App ("you"). If you buy the App through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply. Where they conflict on purchasing, billing or refunds, Atlassian's terms win.

1. Licence

• While you hold a valid licence (including the free tier and trials), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Jira Cloud sites it is installed on, for your internal business purposes.
• You may not:
  • resell or sublicense the App;
  • reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows;
  • use it to break the law, Atlassian's terms or HubSpot's terms.

2. Your content and your HubSpot account

• Your Jira content, your HubSpot data and the links you create remain yours.
• You are responsible for having the right to connect the HubSpot account you connect, for the scopes of the key you provide, and for who in your Jira site can see issues that show HubSpot data.
• We process your content only to run the App, as described in the Privacy Policy. HubSpot is a third-party service; its availability, limits and terms are outside our control.

3. Availability and support

• The App runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and uses HubSpot's API. Its availability depends on both.
• We provide email support at support@yti.digital on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Estonian time). We aim to reply within one business day.

4. Changes

• We may update the App, for example to fix bugs, improve features, or follow platform changes.
• We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

5. Fees

• The App is free for up to 10 users. Paid tiers are billed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace, at the prices shown on the listing.
• If a licence lapses, linked records stay visible but cannot be changed, and settings cannot be edited, until the licence is active again.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The numbers the App shows are computed from your HubSpot data and may differ from your financial records; do not use them as accounting figures.

7. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
• Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

• You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
• We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms.
• After uninstall, Atlassian deletes the App's data according to its Forge data retention policy.

9. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
• Courts in Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
