YTI Gantt for Jira
Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Privacy Policy
These terms apply to YTI Gantt for Jira ("the App"), a Jira Cloud app made by YTI Digital OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we"). They cover your organisation's use of the App ("you"). If you buy the App through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply. Where they conflict on purchasing, billing or refunds, Atlassian's terms win.
1. Licence
- While you hold a valid licence (including the free tier and trials), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Jira Cloud sites it is installed on, for your internal business purposes.
- You may not:
- resell or sublicense the App;
- reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows;
- use it to break the law or Atlassian's terms.
2. Your content
- Your Jira content, your plans, baselines and views remain yours.
- The App changes issue dates and issue links only when a person using it makes that change, with that person's Jira permissions. You are responsible for who in your site may edit issues and for the changes they make.
- We process your content only to run the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Availability and support
- The App runs on Atlassian's Forge platform. Its availability depends on Atlassian's.
- We provide email support at support@yti.digital on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Estonian time). We aim to reply within one business day.
4. Changes
- We may update the App, for example to fix bugs, improve features, or follow platform changes.
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
5. Fees
- The App is free for up to 10 users. Paid tiers are billed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace, at the prices shown on the listing.
- If a licence lapses, the chart stays readable, but dates, dependencies and settings cannot be changed until the licence is active again.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Schedules, critical paths and other figures the App shows are calculated from the dates and links in your Jira site and are planning aids, not commitments.
7. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
- You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
- We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms.
- After uninstall, Atlassian deletes the App's data according to its Forge data retention policy.
9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
- Courts in Tallinn, Estonia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
